Functions of a real estate agent.-

 The real estate agent shall provide assistance to enable the allottee and promoter to exercise their respective rights and fulfill their respective obligations at the time of booking and sale of any plot, apartment, or building, as the case, maybe and other functions mentioned in Section 10 of the Act.

Real estate agents play a pivotal role in closing a deal.

In making the deal complete from the pipeline of led generation to closing it with his expertise of knowing more about pros and cons of a property which he is about to sell.

Expertise in finding property requirements of buyers.

An agent gets all the inputs of the customer’s requirements and opts to show a property that is suitable for his preferences and requirements.

Loyalty towards customer

A real estate agent should be loyal to the customer at any place and time. An agent is obliged to keep the client’s interest ahead of any other parties and act accordingly.

Accounting

An agent should account for all documents, money, or property involved in the transaction process. Accounting should be precise and perfect in all transactional aspects.
